While most people associate hypnosis with some sort of mind control this couldn’t be further from the truth. Hypnosis has been used for hundreds of years as a form of therapy, and while the results can be quite astonishing, hypnosis only works where the patient is committed to the outcomes.
During a one hour hypnosis session, there will be a preliminary coaching discussion to identify what the client wants to achieve from the session, and any blocks preventing them from success. The second part of the session takes the form of a guided hypnosis, leading the client into a state of hyper-aware trance where the subconscious mind is able to take on suggestions which will then manifest themselves during the coming days and weeks.
Most people find that change from one session is quite powerful initially after the session, with the benefit compounding significantly with repeat sessions.
Hypnosis can be combined with other coaching and mind based therapies as required.
